Which resorts do you deliver to?
We will happily send your gift to any open Walt Disney World® Resort, as well as open Good Neighbor resorts and hotels located on Walt Disney World® Resort property.
Do you deliver outside of the Walt Disney World® Resorts?
At this time we only deliver to Disney owned and operated resorts, as well as Good Neighbor resorts and hotels located on Walt Disney World® Resort property.
Am I required to show an ID for alcohol delivery?
Florida law requires that alcohol deliveries are made only with a valid photo ID and signature. The Guest can call the front desk for delivery when they return.
Will my gift be delivered directly to the resort room?
Magical Floral and Gifts delivers all packages and floral to Walt Disney World® Resort Front Desks. The resort team will notify guest in the room that there is a package for them. Delivery of the package is coordinated between the front desk team and the guest.
All packages will be delivered to your resort or hotel Front Desk at Walt Disney World® Resort based on your selected delivery date. You must be present for your gift to be delivered to your room or you can pick it up at your resort front desk.
What is your cancellation policy?
Most orders may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Orders that include personalized items may not be canceled.
